Low Pressure Fitness

Low Pressure Fitness is an effective technique used for core restoration particularly helpful and safe for postpartum rehabilitation from conditions such as Diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor dysfunction including prolapse and incontinence.

Traditional abdominal exercises (crunches) increases abdominal pressure and if present, can worsen pelvic floor dysfunction and Diastasis recti.

Low Pressure Fitness based on hypopressive training, uses an apnea or vacuum which reduces intra abdominal pressure.

The technique also works to improve posture and breathing, which results in a more functional core and pelvic floor.

In 2021, I launched an online platform www.re-centre.co.uk where you can subscribe for live classes and access 100+ recorded videos.
